The landmark Patterson Veterinary Hospital has been located at 12491 Patterson Avenue since 1960. Originally opened by Dr. Kavit, it was known as Blue Cross Veterinary Hospital. The name was changed to Patterson in the 1970’s.

After working with Dr May in 2012, Dr Jerry Bayer purchased Patterson Veterinary Hospital in 2013.  Dr Bayer then began a major renovation and expansion inside and out that continues to this day.

 

During the Covid-19 pandemic we are still offering full service and care.  We limit exposure by providing parking lot service and virtual appointments.  As always we will discuss treatment options and always strive to offer the best care within each client's budget.

We have a team of veterinary professionals to be proud of.  Our client service representatives, veterinary technician and assistants, groomer and kennel staff are highly skilled in their area and many are crossed trained to work throughout the hospital.  We are all Fear Free certified (or in training).  Many of our staff have worked at Patterson for several years so you are likely to see familiar faces and well as new ones who join us as we grow.
